During the intake, we set the groundwork for a successful coach/mentor relationship. It's important to get to know each other, build trust, and discuss expectations and set goals.
Yes, we're getting started. A personal coaching or mentoring journey can span multiple sessions. Some may need 2 to 4 sessions, while others may require more. With business coaching, it usually spans a longer period.
The costs of business coaching depend on the nature of the coaching as well as the duration. Rates vary between Euro 100 and Euro 150 per hour. The costs of mentoring depend on the nature of the mentorship and its duration. The rates are based on a fixed hourly rate, with a tiered discount applied. The rates are Euro 100 (including VAT) for a private individual and Euro 150 per hour (excluding VAT) for a business mentorship. All amounts are exclusive of any travel and accommodation costs. It's difficult to estimate the duration of a coaching journey in advance. During the free intake, we will discuss this.
